WINONA, Minn. -- The Saint Mary's Athletic Department, in association with the Saint Mary's Alumni Association, is set to induct three members into the Saint Mary's Sports Hall of Fame on March 21, 2026: Steven Brieske B'92, Bailey Edwards B'12, and Kate (Jerman) Mannor B'97. The trio will be recognized as part of the Cardinal Excellence Fund Dinner, held on Saint Mary's Winona Campus this year.
"We are excited to honor three alumni who excelled on the court and on the field," said Brian Sisson, athletic director. "We're excited not only to honor these three outstanding Cardinal greats, but also to celebrate an incredible year across all of Cardinal athletics.
"I look forward to the celebration and encourage everyone to join us for this premier event. Together, we'll continue to elevate Cardinal athletics and recognize the remarkable achievements of our three Hall of Fame inductees."

2026 Sports Hall of Fame Inductees
STEVEN BRIESKE B'92 (Baseball)
Steven Brieske enters the Hall of Fame as one of the most dominant pitchers in Cardinal history. He ranks second in all-time in strikeouts (189) and second in strikeouts per nine innings, showcasing his ability to overpower hitters throughout his career. Brieske also sits eighth in all-time in wins (18), 12th in lowest ERA, and 16th in innings pitched, numbers that reflect both his consistency and his impact every time he took the mound.Â
BAILEY EDWARDS B'12Â (Women's Tennis)
Bailey Edwards cements her Hall of Fame legacy as one of the most accomplished tennis players in Cardinal history. She is the all-time leader in career doubles wins (58) and ranks third in career singles victories (57), demonstrating excellence across every facet of competition. Edwards holds fourth and seventh all-time for single-season singles wins, as well as first and fifth all-time for single-season doubles wins. A three-time First-Team All-MIAC selection in both singles and doubles, Edwards anchored the lineup throughout her four-year career playing every match at No. 1 singles and No. 1 doubles.Â
KATE (JERMAN) MANNOR B'97 (Women's Soccer)
Kate (Jerman) Mannor enters the Hall of Fame as one of the most dynamic and impactful players in the history of Saint Mary's women's soccer. Across 73 games, she amassed 25 goals (13th all-time) and 27 assists (fourth all-time) for 77 points for totals that place her eighth all-time in program history, while her 27 assists rank fourth and her 247 shots fifth. A two-time NCAA All-Central Region honoree (Second Team in 1996, Third Team in 1995), she also earned First-Team All-MIAC recognition in 1996 and honorable mention honors in 1995.Â
